Why is Karana so pricey in the bazaar? This server seems like it has the spirit of "everyone is out to get me so why should I help you" and its not healthy. I just went down the servers, and boy did that take a long time, and priced a basket of items. Karana traders are price gougers. What's the deal?

First of all everything he stated is not correct and I have the logs to prove it .Yes he was asked to leave our guild because 1.Because he bullied people treated them like they was beneath him and talked to people like they was stupid .2. He was voted out by the entire guild .As a officer you would think you'd be past the me me me syndrome ... BTW he forgot to let you all know we got him his epic before we threw him out lol...People make jokes about classes that is expected however that is not what happened .

G,day guys and gals. I was just wondering if anybody knows of an Aussie guild on Karana. With WOW and EQ2 my current guild is lucky to have 3 online at a time and even less at night when i play. I know quite a few Aussies that play but no-one knows of a guild with heaps of Aussies in it.....

Just wanted to make you all aware that if you happen upon the Karana Server, I'd suggest not joining the Protectors of Wolves guild. A little heads up, because they've screwed numerous members out of their rankings. So if you come to Karana, the best advice is stay clear of PoW.

I am sure by now that you have found out how to create a trader / merchant. In case you have not, here are the steps you must take. You can use any one of your present characters or create a new character specifically for trading. It's up to you. Take your character to the bazaar and purchase a few trader satchels. these bads are where you will store your merchandise that you wish to sell. You can buy these satchels from Merchant tekrana in the bazaar. He is in the building next to the bank closest to the nexus zone line. Once you have your satchels, merchandise and character, find a space under one of the awnings. Then type /trader . a window will open allowing you to set prices for your merchandise. once you have done this leave the character online and hope others buy your wares.

In order to Dye armor, robes, boots etc.. U need to go to the bazaar and purchase a vial of prismatic dye. It usually runs about 45 plat per vial. Once you have the dye open the inventory box and look on the bottom row of buttons. There should be a button labeled Dye. CLick on this button and another window will open. This window will give you the choice on which item that you would like to dye. Be real sure on the colors. It is one vial of dye per color change. Good luck.!!!

So what's up with this??? The server is always packed with people but no one stops by here?? I just don't get it.... really what a great way to meet new people. people who you would never get to run into in game.. just a thought.......:)

I joined EQ reciently and joined Karana only because I liked the name. I had no other criteria on which to base judgment. Over the past month I have found the people on the server to be mostly helpfull and supportive. At times it gets a bit crowded, but I have no complaint. If you are new, find me...Carnac, Magician I hang at the gates of Felwithe in Greater Faydark. I'll help you as best I can.
