....Wind metal bits are chunk of wind metal(1), Flowing rainbow temper(1), file
and
....for the enchanted bar of windmetal it is CHUNK of wind metal(1), Vial of purified mana(1)

Wind Metal Bits are not used in this recipe, and the recipe you gave is for Wind Metal Rings, not bits. The Enchanted Bar of Wind Metal recipe above is correct. (It's possible the item was updated between when you posted and when I replied.)
The Crushed Fog Fragment used in the Flowing Rainbow Temper is named wrong; the correct name is Powdered Fog. I've already sent in the correction for that.

Crushed Fog Fragment renamed to Powdered Fog. I did update the recipe subcombines as well earlier today (well, yesterday).
