U use this and another combine from the planes that makes 2 tradeable items. U combine those to make a really nice 2HS that is 0 triv and is No drop. Nice stats too. Problem is this one is easy to obtain other is not so easy as you had better be in a descent guild and have 250 Smithy to make it. Item drops off of mobs that spawn around a raid boss.
