The recipe listed is correct, however the trivial is incorrect, at pottery skill of 204 i get no Triv message.

I tried this exact recipe using the PoK pottery wheel with a flask of water and without and I got a can't combine error. I tried several combinations - none have worked - obviously these are made so if anyone knows the correct recipe - please post it.
