These are human cultural smithing only so you need a GM human smith for final and some subcombines.
Plate Bracer mold is available from smithing merchants.
Smithign hammer is returned so the person doing your combine should already have one.
Leather padding is tailor made and low trivial so can be found in the bazaar or you can look up recipe and make your own.
Enchanted chain jointing is smith made non-cultural. You will need to supply enchanted ore (made by 49+ chanter).
Imbued Jade is Ogre (rallos zek) shammy created. Regular Jewelry merchant Jade imbued by level 29th shammy spell.
Be aware the trivial is high and you are likely that the smith will fail on the combine.
