Medal from the Living (Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay)  

These are obtained ONLY in the task "Fate Rewards the Bold" - both as drops from MOBs in that instance and at the end as 4 shinys that spawn after the turn-ins. All 4 spawned shinys will pop in the areas where you have fought to get the original drops for the task - I picked up all 4 inside the bldgs to the West where I had fought bokon and functionarys for the regular drops. In total I did get 8 medals from 1 task - 4 as drops and the 4 spawned shinys - your results may vary.

I got the version where the south (graves and crypts) and southeast (dealers, thugs, etc) were open.

Found 3 ground spawns:

- one in south area inside one of the many crypts (aka little building with a gate on it)
- another in that same area floating on a wall all the way south next to the graves
- the third inside one of the shops in the dealer area

Never found the 4th...

Also, fwiw, I killed all mobs in the instance and saw no medal drops.

had these as a ground spawn in "Fate Rewards the Bold"

just had a "medal of prestige" drop from a slow-witted servant , so they do also mob drop
