The best answer for this one is flat out DPS starting when the Queen is 100%, Puppet adds spawn on a timer in the tunnel. If you have enough DPS in raid, you can limit how many Puppets spawn, if at all. Even if you get only 1 Puppet and it does not get charmed (or killed) -- you will get this one checked off.
