After zoning in and running to Anashti, we found she was only doing the typical bad faction responses...
After some searching and asking around found the phrase needed was "unconvinced", for anyone else who run into this issue.

Request: Lashun Novashine in Plane of Health
Phrase : assistance After requesting mission move to Sul Vius: Demiplane of Life and you will get a prompt to zone into mission instance. Anashti Sul, Lady of Life is located at the bottom of the pit under the statue loc: -67, 15, -415 While fighting Anashti will deactivate and shortly after spawn a 'hero's coffin' . Kill this ASAP or you will get an add. At some point you will start getting a buff (Holistic Health) and it has a count down timer. If you do not get to the Lamplight and get it cured off before the timer runs out, you get Death Touched and spawn an undead add. The Lamp light moves around the room and the word lamp Light appears above one of the 4 corners of the room. NE, NW, SE, and SW. Particle effects should be on so you can see the yellow aura, otherwise you have to look for the word "Lamplight" above the skulls. At about 40% you will start getting an emote that says you need to move away from one of the sides. If you stay in the wrong spot you'll get hit with an AE. The mission has a lot of moving around. Stay in the light, DPS coffins, and pray. Had a bunch of DoTs on Anashti Sul when she deactivated at 2% and a coffin spawned. She died while we fought the coffin and we got chest and a couple of mission achievements (No Relife for Allies & No Heroes) but task objective "Defeat Anashti Sul, Lady of Life" did not update so the mission did not complete. We didn't get credit for the mission. Waiting to see if petitioning will get us anywhere.
