This is a raid event in Txevu, Lair of the Elite. 
Ixt Quall Nalnn Ixt Quall Nalnn screams a battle cry as she charges forth to attack! This is a fairly straightforward event: No special AEs; no adds; just a very hard-hitting single named. Ixt Quall Nalnn hits for a max ~4,500 (flurries and/or AE rampages - it seems to be random which she does); has ~1 million hitpoints; is immune to slows; and procs the usual Ixt "Trample": Trample: Single Target, Magic (-150) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 75 (L1) to 175 (L100) 2: Stun (2.00 sec) Ixt Quall Nalnn has been slain by _____! Ixt Quall Nalnn's corpse touches her fatal wound then stares at the dark blood with disbelief.
