Ground spawns for this collection are outside the castle.
Some of them are up on the rooftops of the castle, and the surrounding rocky ledges, so don't forget to look there -- it's not a place you're normally meant to go, but you have to for these collections.

Note: This is a collection achievement (EverQuest Tab - Special) that can only be completed while the Level 100 version of Castle Mistmoore is active.
Wherever there are vampires, there will be hunters, even in Castle Mistmoore. This achievement can only be completed during the Hardcore Heritage event.
