Plenty of low level auto agro orcs in undershore on top of the large columns connected by those bridges, Much easier to mass kill then bloodmoon, can afk kill
There are hardly any orcs in Undershore. I believe the reference was to Stoneroot Falls.
Lots of orcs and wereorcs in Bloodmoon (off of Lopping Planes). They will also auto agro if you have a merc up and go afk.
Crystal Caves is also a good place too (newbie or RoF version), just depends on your kill speed you desire.

I still found Bloodmoon Keep the best spot and you'll make good plat with the drops to cover merc cost plus a good profit.

There is also a mission to go there. Have an alt stand at quest guy, get quest, pop in and kill 60-130 orcs, pop out, drop mission, reget mission, $
