Ruins of Lxanvom (Crypt of Decay) and Plane of Disease both are confirmed to work. Upon entering CoD take an immediate right and run into the caves where there are a lot of these guys. If you kill them all and are a few shy of the achieve, zone out, run just down the hill to PoD and run over to the spider caves. 17 spawns in the spider caves at the south end of the zone and 1 named will get you 18 more total kills. This took all of 20 minutes to complete.
They have also been confirmed to update by killing the bubonians in Plane of Disease in the Spider caves (the caves at the south end of the zone). 17 bubs per respawn. Not sure how this compares to the other zone as far as number of spawns, but figured would throw it out there.
