Are the drops Control Setting Gears I, II, III, IV, and VII necessary for the Model XLII Spatial Temporal Oculus?

tried this several different ways and found that you have to have all 3 Farm Cleanups: Crows, Scarecrows, and Doombugs. Clear MOBs in the field for the task updates then go hail Sigglik and he will give you Control Setting Gear I, II, III, IV, and VII. Plz note that it is 1 item with that name not multiple drops.
I tested this on a bot after my main recieved the item. I did crow multiple times first, then scarecrow, then doombug and then did 3 rotations of doombugs to test whether the reward came from faction, either regular or the TBS task style, but came up empty. I then did all 3 tasks together and only did 1 hail and recieved the same item. Hope this helps

This task is repeatable.The wings are used in the "I can fly" task. Not to hard to do as any crow that does drop a wing, drops 2 at a time. Note Scarecrows will assist the crows and visa/versa.Can be mezzed.

It's odd that crows and scarecrows will help each other. At least the doombugs won't assist (and vice versa).
