There are so many different brews in this world that one can almost not have them all. It is absolutely worth giving it an attempt! Are you interested in [brews]?' You say, 'I am interested in brews.' Brewmaster Teremun says 'Of course you are. You look like the type that appreciated a fine brew. Since you also can appreciate a fine brew, you must know about [Brodder].' You say, 'Brodder?' Brewmaster Teremun says 'The finest brewer I have ever heard of. I have not seen his likes in a while, but he must still be around. I have even gotten my hands on some of his [lost diaries].' You say, 'What lost diaries?' Brewmaster Teremun says 'Well I can't just give them to anyone, but if you are actually [interested] you could prove your knowledge of his brews and I will see about allowing you to get a copy of the book.' You say, 'I am interested.' Brewmaster Teremun says 'Good! Accept this task and follow the directions as given to you.' You have been assigned the task 'Brewmaster's Skills'. Brew 1 Boot Beer 0/1 (ANY) Brew 1 Halfling Stouters 0/1 (ANY) Brew 1 Skunk Breath Ale 0/1 (ANY) Brew 1 2x Brewed 2x Stout Dwarven Ale 0/1 (ANY) Deliver 1 Boot Beer to Brewmaster Teremun 0/1 (Crescent Reach) Brewmaster Teremun says 'Ah. Just the correct amount of sole to its flavor.' Deliver 1 Halfling Stouters to Brewmaster Teremun 0/1 (Crescent Reach) Brewmaster Teremun says 'Yes, very well done.' Deliver 1 Skunk Breath Ale to Brewmaster Teremun 0/1 (Crescent Reach) Brewmaster Teremun says 'Uh. How vile. What a horrible taste, and with that kick. You got it perfect!' Deliver 1 2x Brewed 2x Stout Dwarven Ale to Brewmaster Teremun 0/1 (Crescent Reach) Brewmaster Teremun says 'Wooowee! That hits the spot! You have proven your knowledge of Brodder's drinks. Take this token to Librarian Hemfar and he will give you a copy of the diaries.' You receive a Brewmaster's Token (identifies as "A token that proves your skill at brewing."). Deliver 1 Brewmaster's Token to Librarian Hemfar - Crescent Reach Find Librarian Hemfar on the first level at -1450, -1465. Librarian Hemfar says 'Oh my, we are going to need to make more copies. This is a very popular set of books. Here you go.' You have successfully been granted your reward for: Brewmaster's Skills A reward window will pop up offering you three possible rewards: Brodder's Lost Diaries Volume 1 Brodder's Lost Diaries Volume 2 Brodder's Lost Diaries Volume 3 These diaries provide (hints for) the following recipes: Diary 1 appears to tell you how to make a spiked sweetened coffee (optionally with milk), but I haven't found the recipes yet. Diary 2 has recipes for Dwarven heavy/light red ale, and Minotaur heavy/light painted ale, though the way the text reads you can also make Dwarven heavy/light black ale or painted ale, and similarly Minotaur heavy/light red ale or black ale. Oh, and of course how to make Chewie Chewies from the Globs of Edible Muck you get from making the light ales. Diary 3 seems to just be lore. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Brewmaster Teremun is above the pub, which is on the first floor. Take the ramp in the pub to the upstairs section; or, as suggested, you can use find.
Ok, so what is the point of this quest? You get diaries that are used in another quest? If so why isn't the connecting quest linked?...

Took Brewmasters Token to Librarian Hemfar and received all three volumes at once rather than one of three possible rewards (Volume 1 or 2 or 3)
