After talking to Enchanter Jolas, you talk to Enderbite to get this. You need a Carmine Spiroc Feather, some Ganoric Poison and a Glowing Necklace.
Enchanter Jolas is located at 1305, 630 in the quest room in Plane of Sky. You say, 'Hail, Enchanter Jolas' Enchanter Jolas says, 'Greetings, ____. Have you come here to test your powers of enchantment?' You say, 'I have come to test my powers' Enchanter Jolas says, 'I am most honored to be able to help you. Please choose from one of my instructors, Lelulean or Enderbite.' You say, 'I choose Enderbite' Enchanter Jolas says, 'Enderbite it shall be. Take this book and read it. When you are finished, hand it back to me and I shall summon Enchantress Enderbite to test you.' Upon handing back the book titled Practical Uses: Enchanter Jolas says, 'Farewell.' *Enderbite says, 'I am here to do your bidding, Enchanter Spirit!' Enchanter Jolas says, 'Till next time! Farewell!' You say, 'Hail, *Enderbite' *Enderbite says, 'Welcome, ____. I am Enchantress Enderbite. Do you wish to test your powers? Or have you come to trade back an old item.' You say, 'I wish to test my powers' *Enderbite says, 'Great, let us waste no more time! I have three tests from which you may choose. They are disillusion, memorization, and incapacitation.' You say, 'I choose memorization' *Enderbite says, 'Memorization it is. Proceed upward through the sky and return to me a carmine spiroc feather, some ganoric poison, and a glowing necklace. This will prove your abilities to me and I will reward you with a Necklace of Whispering Winds.' Upon turn-in of the Carmine Spiroc Feather, Ganoric Poison, and Glowing Necklace: *Enderbite says, 'Since you have done as I asked, ____, I will give you this necklace.
