After talking to Enchanter Jolas, you talk to Lelulean to get this. You need a Crimson Tessera, Darkstone Emerald and a Finely Woven Gold Cord.

What drops the Darkstone Emerald?
Protector of Sky Drops the Darkstone Emerald. On the island before Gorg. Number them ever how you want.

Crimson Tessera drops off the fairy's on island 1. Almost every PoA break gets them. Boss on island 3 (Gorgalask) drops the belt but its no drop.
I don't know where Darkstone Emerald drops.

Boss on 3, the protector, dropped emerald for me. Gorg is on island 4 however.
Edit: Been brought to my attention that I should note those numbers are counting port-in island as 1.

Wow it's amazing the complete LACK of information posted here. This equipment is awesome accessories for an Enchanter, even the upper levels. Unfortunately I know about as much after reading the details for this quest as I did before I read it. Completely useless. Oh well, I guess I will just have to hail him and do the old 'write the stuff down' method. That is.. if the quest mob isnt as cryptic and unhelpful as this post...

The irony here is that we are STILL no better off from having read your criticism of the quest info. Perhaps when you get the quest complete you'll submit your information to Allakhazam for the rest of us to share? The point is, instead of criticizing the work others have put in themselves, do your own work and improve on what is out there. Just an idea, take it or leave it.
