 After Yimic Pxo`hab has been freed from slavery in the Mines of Nurga, it will respawn in the Lake of Ill Omen at -2982, 2579. It wants three Totems of Death Casting (drops off goblin death casters) and Donkot's Deathblade (drops off Death Knight Donkot).

Can anyone confirm that Yimic has ever been freed on Stromm? He isn't at the suggested LOC in LOIO and the current Slave d'jour in Nurga is Xiokai, so i'm not sure what to do with the set of items I have.

Your subject line is correct, but the body of your message is not. The totems drop from "A Goblin Death Caster," not "A Goblin Death Caller," which is for the Vengeance of Crix quest.
