Exterminator Gilea is located near the pool between cleric guild and the gate to the final area.
You say, 'Hail, Exterminator Gilea' Exterminator Gilea says 'Hello, Malcore. I was hired to eradicate all these pesky rodents running around the city, but there are too many of them. If you could help me by bringing back four of their whiskers I should have a few spare coins for you.' There are many of "a rodent" running around, and they occasionally drop "rat whiskers." Exterminator Gilea says 'Well there are still many rodents around but I will honor my deal. Here are your coins. Now I must get back to work.' Your faction standing with Dreadguard Inner got better. Your faction standing with Dark Bargainers got better. Your faction standing with Indigo Brotherhood got better. Your faction standing with Primordial Malice got worse. You can't do this quest if you are a troll Shaman. In fact, it appears you can't do any of the quests to improve your faction with the dark barginners. None of the Quest givers will talk to me.
Late reply but yes you can, put the whiskers in the tradewindow, invis and then click give, it's a pain but it works
Ok, had to edit my post. I just returned from the Neriak Commons exterminator and confirmed it's the same faction hits as in Neriak 3rd gate. Also confirmed neither exterminator raises dreadguard outer faction, which includes the strong guards at the city entrance, and apparently, a small number of guards roaming throughout the city.
If you want to raise your faction with dreadguard outer, I advise you to go to the library in Neriak 3rd gate and do the wine quest.
The exterminator will raise the indigo brotherhood faction though, which includes the DE warrior guild. Both exterminators also raise dreadguard inner and dark bargainers.

Exterminator Damasi is just across the bridge into Neriak Commons (neg 28, neg 921). He provides the same quest with the same faction.

the quest is easy not very rewarding unless u want better indigo brotherhood faction. ( i helped pl someone in crushbone) so being de it is easy way to get faction back up, now the coin sucks it is really good for a real newb to make some coin, i got 1 gold, 1 silver, and 1 copper for this quest and it took my like 5 mins. i just wanted to see what i got from it : ) GL i hope this helps
