Jin Master Sergug says 'Welcome back, young Jin. I hope your training is going well. Unfortunately, I have been unable to keep up to date on your progress, but should you need advanced training in any individual skills, for I am never too busy to enlighten one of my kin. You may have chosen a life of adventure, a life that will take you far from our home, but never forget your duty to your blood. The Guktan Army needs your growing powers. To remind you of this and school you in the way of our people, I will tell you something of [this place].' You say, 'Tell me of this place.' Jin Master Sergug says 'The fetid land we now live on of holds many evils. Trolls and other evil ilk still wander the Innothule Swamp, ready to feast on Froglok flesh. Their allies, the ogres, infest the Feerrott to the south, vying with the cursed Lizard men in a lasting contest of evil. Our lands stand distant from the other good races, separated by wastelands and deserts. Our army is our only defense. But that is enough. I am the teacher of young [froglok wizards].' You say, 'I am a froglok wizard.' Jin Master Sergug says 'That is your path? Good. Then we must begin immediately for time is short. The arcane path ahead of you is fraught with dangers, many of them of your own making. I will guide you as I can, so [listen well].' You say, 'I listen well' Jin Master Sergug says 'This Arcane Crucible will allow you to combine [various components] to form a basic magical mesh. This mesh, when combined with the proper mold and worked in a forge, will allow you to create your own Armor of the Jin Initiate.' You say, 'Which various components?' Jin Master Sergug says 'These are not the usual components used in spells. Look instead in Innothule Swamp for your pieces. The many enemies and vermin that stalk that bog hold items which are only trash to others. But to you they will eventually become treasures. When you are ready to attempt making your armor, return and tell me what you [wish] to make and I will instruct you. I can teach you the recipes and give you the proper molds for the Armor of the Jin Initiate [Headband], [Vestment], [Armwraps], [Bracer], [Handwraps], [Leggings], and [Sandals].' You say, 'What armwraps?' Jin Master Sergug says 'Gird yourself completely. To craft these you'll need a Bleeder Wing, an Undead Froglok Talisman, some Moccasin Eggs and a Water Moccasin Tail. Combine these components in your crucible. he wants to know if since the war, if this is still the same character ou go to for the quest. He says that the mob doesn't say anything about "this place" when hailed

i have only gotten snake eggs to drop off the water mocc here . anyone know if these will work or not? any help would be useful.

The Tailisman drops off the normal zombie frogs by the boat, not the ones around the tower. hope this helps
Anyone know where to find the Undead Froglok Talisman?
I got the Undead Froglok's Talisman to drop off of Rustef Uundal, a named undead froglok out at the undead tower in the northwestern part of Innothule. He popped in place of one of the other static Fetid Froglok Ghoul spawn locations around the tower.
Rustef Uundal was level 9 and opened up the fight with a 91 point HT. He did not cast anything else otherwise.

heello go to the undead fort at the opesent end of the zone buy the zone ent to s ro and a lot of undead froglocs spawn thear keep killing theam and on well drop intime

Adult Bleeder also drop the Bleeder Wing, and it is not a NO DROP item. Had to kill around 20 Adult Bleeders before I finally saw one.
Still looking for the elusive Undead Froglok Talisman, must drop off one of the dead side Frogs in Lower Guk I suppose as I have killed about an army's worth of Frog Ghouls at the tower with no sucess.

Virtually all bleeders can drop the bleeder wing, I found mine on a feral bleeder, they're easier to hunt but I think its a rarer drop on lower level monsters.
I just found another bleeder wing (off a Feral Bleeder) and it was not a nodrop item, it must have been changed recently.

Who drops the Undead Froglok Talisman for this quest item?
OK the bleeder wing drops from a bleeder named Bloodneedle near Upper Guk enterance. He seeems to be an uncommon spawn that has placeholders of any spawn near there. this mob also drops a dagger called bloodneedle that is 4 22 2int 2 agi. The dagger is lore and I think the wing was no drop. THIS IS NOT A Mosquito wing! It will say breeder wing.
