quest prompt for halfling bread appears to be gone (as noted by others).
I took the time to gather 4 halfling foot bones (approximately 25 cycles of the halflings camps in Nektulos). As /con apprehensive he won't take them from me, says he has no use. If I manage to faction up with him I will have to try again... as this isn't quite conclusive that the quest is removed.
However, when they put Trolls back in Grobb, many things were tweaked, so I won't be surprised if halfling bread is gone (or moved to someone else as the quest giver).

Dey say dere is plenty of dem out in the forest, ripe for the picking!! You bring carver Cagrek four of their tender little feet bones.' Carver Cagrek says 'Whut tooks you so long!! Ah, dis please Cagrek as I can grind dese up to make special bread. Me get on that right away. Here is you reward, now out of Cagrek's way.' Your faction standing with Grobb Merchants got better. It appears that the Carver no longer gives out this quest since he has returned to Grobb. He can now be found in the center of town if u will in Grobb but no longer references or responds to the "what special bread" keywords.
Where in the hell is the friggn cleaver? Will someone post his location?!?!?!!?!? Never EVER post a quest and not an excact location or a link the the mob who starts the quest in the beastiary!!!!!!

The Gobbler is in the troll section of Neriak Foreign Quarter now.

The meat used should be HEHE, there's a quest in Neriak for the meat, it can be purchased in Oggok from Dooga the Ogre chef. It used to be in a series of quests to get the Grobb Cleaver, but I don't know if the quest works now that the Gobbler has left Grobb.
