This quest begins with Bruax Grengar, a necromancer guildmaster for the Bloodsabers in the Qeynos Catacombs.
You say, 'Hail, Bruax Grengar' Bruax Grengar says 'Hail _____. I am Bruax Grengar, master necromancer of the Bloodsabers. I assist not only young necromancers with their training but also aid all those Bloodsabers who have chosen to practice the [sorcerous arts]. If you a practitioner of a sorcerous art I can give you instructions to obtain an [outfit and robe] that will assist you in your work. Once you have been properly outfitted I will also assist you in acquiring a [Staff of the Bloodsabers].' You say, 'I practice the sorcerous arts' Bruax Grengar says 'I speak of those who practice the sorcerous arts other than necromancy, the arts of Enchantment, Magery, and Wizardry. It is a common misnomer proclaimed by those uneducated to the ways of the Plague Bringer that only Shadowknights and Necromancers serve Bertoxxulous. In fact this temple alone has members from all walks of life, from tailors, scholars, and blacksmiths to warriors and sorcerers.' You say, 'I want an outfit and robe' Bruax Grengar says 'I have prepared this special curing kit for the crafting of an outfit and robe. The materials required for each article of clothing vary. Do you desire to craft a [scourge sorcerer cap], [scourge sorcerer wristband], [scourge sorcerer gloves], [scourge sorcerer boots], [scourge sorcerer sleeves], [scourge sorcerer pantaloons], or [scourge sorcerer robe]?' You say, 'What about the scourge sorcerer robe?' Bruax Grengar says 'To craft a Scourge Sorcerer Robe you will require three [silk thread], klicnik noble bile, two giant king snake skins, and a giant whiskered bat fur. Once you have the necessary components combine them in your Curing Kit with this Tattered Robe Pattern.' Klicnik Noble Bile is an uncommon drop from klicnik nobles in the courtyard of North Qeynos. Giant King Snake Skin can be found from giant king snakes in the Qeynos Hills. Giant Whiskered Bat Fur is dropped by giant whiskered bats in the Qeynos Hills. I acquired Large king snake skins from the large snakes in the sewers rather often, for my little necro

For Biles...I waited til lvl 12 and killed everything in sight in the newbie area to force Klicnlks to spawn. In the 4 hours I did this I got my 5 drone,1 noble and FINALLY the 2 warrior biles (for the ful set of scourge armor). The warrior klics seem to be pretty rare,
The skins however Im still working on...only thing Ive found to do is killing everything near the gnoll watchers area in Qeynos hills...and youll see the large king snakes crawl by every so often. Skin drop rate off them is HORRIBLE...so be prepared to kill alot of em .

Hunting in Qeynos Hills forever and all I have is 4 snake skins to show for a full week's worth.
The King Snake Skins are easy to get, as the gopher snakes in Qeynos North drop them, as well as the common place King Snakes in Qeynos Hills. Easy as pie to get those two that you need.
I only have 2 large king snake skins and I need 8 for the full set. Have zero giant king snake skins and all I need is a meager two of them. I've killed giant snakes but they only seem to drop snake eggs.
The rarity of the drops combined with how rare the snakes (who are greater than king snakes) spawn and add in the wandering NPCs who kill all them on sight make the time put in not worth the reward.
As a starting character who can barely afford spells, much less armor, these quests are bad.
I suggest a change in spawn rates or a change in drop rates to compensate.
The snake skins are not the only problem. Being a necromancer I was able to easily kill everything in the newbie area of North Qeynos to look for the various biles needed.
It took me two whole days to kill enough klicknik (insert various name here) to get all the biles I needed.
The giant whiskered bat fur and the giant field rat whiskers were easy to come by, however, they in no way make up for the huge amount of let down in trying to get the skins and the biles.
This quest needs to be redone to qualify itself as a newbie quest.

Giant king snakes spawn in the valley along the west side of the zone, about every 30 minutes. Drop rate was probably about 1 in 10 for me.
Holly only walks through there very rarely, so the biggest threats are rabid grizzleys and boredom.
For the larges, you want to go to the valley on the east side, just north of the pass to WK. Holly patrols here more often, so keep an eye open.
Now, the Kliknacs, they took me a while to figure out. Basically, you need for a Prince or Princess to be in the "secret room". If you keep killing the prince/princess before they get there, you won't see much else other than the occasional fire beetle. Needless to say, getting a horde of "nubers" to cooperate with this scheme can be difficult.
Once one of them gets in there, other things will begin to spawn. Stand in the road (unless Nerissa is KOS to you, naughty thing) about even with the corners where the walls open outward... there should be a stand of trees just to your left. The beetles will usually spawn about 60 degrees to either side.
It seemed to me that drones/nobles spawned more with the princess in the room, and workers/warriors more with the prince, but I'm not certain about it. After about 5-10 spawns, things will get quiet. Go kill the prince/princess, and start again.
The Queen is nothing but a cork in your bottle. She'll sit in there forever and none of the bile-carriers will show up.

The quest for it isn't listed, so this seems like the next best place for it since the robe or the pants will probably be the last piece you get.
After you kill Larkin Tolman and turn in his head, you are given an unfinished staff. You are told to gather a Giant King Snake Skin (yes, another one), a Giant Fire Beetle Eye, and two gnoll fangs, and return them with the unfinished staff.
If you're like me, you're worried that means giving him 5 items. I gave him the skin and eye, and two unstacked fangs, figuring that I could get them all again without faction hits (I was already past the point of being able to do the Unsar's Glory quest). The second fang he gave back to me, saying he didn't need it, with the servers coming down in 5 minutes. "Well, [censored]," I thought. "No time to get another gnoll fang and hand him two stacked, so I might as well just give him the staff too."

Actually in the Qeynos Acueducts Spiders spawn near Cubert Spawn and has been a rich source for my silks :) hope that helps
I plan to do this quest tonight. However, be advised that there is no source of silk thread (2 spiderling silks combined) closer than Tox Forest or Everfrost.
