I had a chat to Gazoon, and the text above is quoted correctly. *But* the Wiz Pants also use the Mark of Force and Tro Jeg Toes, and (to my knowledge) no other Twilight Sea items are used in 2 quests...
So, I would suggest that the NPC's text is incorrect. There are a few TS items for which no quest has been found... some (brave) person should experiment and post the results here!!

PS: Just checked the messages relating to the pants! The comments there suggest that the pants aren't working! So, maybe this quest *will* work.

The turn-in for the shawl is working, I was able to get it turning in the items that Gazoon requests. the one that does not work is the one for the pants (see my post on the Pants of Detonation quest for more info...)
The shawl has the following stats:
Shawl of Detonation
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM
Slot: SHOULDERS
AC: 5
STR: +1 DEX: +3 INT: +3 HP: +2
MANA: +5 SV MAGIC: +1
WT: 1.0 Size: SMALL
Class: WIZ
Race: ALL

So as you can see, another great Twilight Sea quest item with mindboggling stats. The effort/reward ratio is really equilibrated as with the rest of pieces for the wizard armor...

Jokes aside, I'm quite proud to have been able to get it, as for the rest of pieces of the set (except the bugged pants...)
Shame on me, I'm level 54 and I'm wearing most of the set of TS wizard armor (robe, sleeves, 2 bracers, cloak, cap). The rest are at the bank :)
