The broken ancient blade dropped off of Grola Baku Ancient in Twilight Sea
The Moon Jewel drops off various Mobs around Luclin. Got one off of a Netherbian Drone

Mark of the environment dropped off "a Potent Rockhopper" in Scarlet Desert. If in fact there are spawn cycles in SD this mob whould be #1 or #2 in it's respective cycle.
