how do you make spawn for frosted sunflower? its in scarlet desert

Rough quest. Many hours of searching for the frosted sunflower in Scarlet Desert and many many more farming the minnows in Twilight to force scavenger minnow pops. Be warned: although forcing scavengers to pop is simplicity itself, they carry MANY quest pieces for different classes. Imagine the dismay when the first drop was an SK mark, the second was a mage quest item, the third was wizard, the 4th was beastlord and so on and so on. It took me about 40 hours to get the sea grass to drop. If you are interested, you may get lucky on it. Who knows? :) Anyway, stats are:
AC 10, STR +3, DEX +1, WIS +3, HP +5, MANA +3, SV MAGIC +1
Overall, not too bad. Worth the time? Probably not. The HP and mana additions are a joke and the AC could be better. At least the stats on it make sense for a Ranger.
