If you are trying to do this on more than one person at a time, be cautious with the spawned adds. They dont have very many hitpoints so make sure everyone gets the task update and is on the "kill" step before attacking, and let healers get a whack in, and have casters toss a baby nuke before melee kill it.
If it does bug out, sometimes zoning out and back can reset it, but if not you will have to drop the quest, go back to N Ro and get a new drop to restart.

Tides of Time Overview.
This is the 10th task in October 2024 of the Year of Darkpaw Tower tasks on the 10th level. It starts with the collection looking item on the floor near the door, loot it and right click the Broken Key of Fear. The metal on this key piece has been engraved with intricate spider webs, and you can feel the fine threads sticking to your fingers. You are overcome with fear and the knowledge that you must investigate the swamps of the Feerrott. Explore the swamplands of the northwestern Feerrott and look for something that can cause fear. Make sure people in the group are attacking the mobs that spawn or else the quest will bug out with people at different steps. The only way to fix is drop and get the quest again. If another group is running this quest, it will mess up yours if they attack the spawning mobs and kill them. This step updates around /way 1013, 2319, -1 This step updates around /way 586, 2250, -15 This step updates around /way 434, 2119, -15 A thulian tarantula spawns and attacks. It was level 121. Kill it. Everyone in the group needs to attack or they won't get credit. You loot Broken Key Blade of Fear. This step updates around /way 111, 2174, -5 This step updates around /way -285, 1970, 0 You loot Broken Key Bow of Fear. This step updates around /way -531, 2123, 15 This step updates around /way -969, 2231, 5 You loot Broken Key Bitting of Fear. Combine all the items you looted to make the Repaired Key of Fear. These waypoints are handy because if multiple groups are doing the quest, you won't necessarily get the guide spider, however, you can visit the locations and get the updates, fights and drops.
