Asteinnon Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Asteinnon Fe`Dhar' Asteinnon Fe`Dhar speaks in a deep tone, 'Greetings. I wish to speak only to a shaman, so I might aid them with protection from the world in the form of armor.' You say, 'What armor?' Asteinnon Fe`Dhar says 'For you I shall make a coif, breastplate, sleeves, bracers, gauntlets, leggings, and boots. Each piece is a quest unto itself. To seek the components, you must search the lands for them and test the power of the spirit within.' You say, 'What leggings?' Asteinnon Fe`Dhar says 'You seek leggings? Then provide for me unadorned chain leggings and three chipped onyx sapphires and I will give them to you for your service.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned chain armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Where in ToV do the unadorned chain leggings drop, and who do they drop from?

i just got mine quested and just they r no drop cos if not we are talking atleast 100kpp easy check out these stats 26 ac 12 wis 80 mana 50 hp 5 dex 5 agi 1 to all saves 7 to save magic and effect abolish dease

FINALLY found my way thru the maze in SS to get my leggings and they are awesome! And definitly worth dying in ToV a ton. And thank god Verant made the graphics worth the effort! =)
