Nalelin Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.

You say, 'Hail, Nalelin Fe`Dhar'

Nalelin Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings, I seek the ones who stalk through the forests protecting it. If you are one known as a ranger, submit to my will and become stronger. The tasks I set forth will not be easy. Are you ready to submit to my will?'

You say, 'I am ready to submit my will'

Nalelin Fe`Dhar says 'That is good, for there is nothing like the wrath of nature, woodland warrior. And Nature's wrath shall you be, with this armor to protect you in your struggle. I shall forge a coif, breastplate, sleeves, bracers, gauntlets, leggings, and boots for you.'

You say, 'What coif?'

Nalelin Fe`Dhar says 'This coif shall protect you from battle and the elements. What I require of you are these: an unadorned chain coif and three pieces of crushed coral. Do not waste precious time!'

Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned chain armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan.

Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction.

i am looking to start working on my velious armor and i would like to know where the armor need to finish the quest is dropped? and what lvl creatures drop it. if you could answer i would really apprectiate it.

All the unadorned armor for skyshrine armor quests are dropped in the Halls of Testing in the Temple of Veeshan. Every creature in the halls of testing is at least level 60.

Had this drop from one of the quest giants for the phenocryst focus quest in Wakenling Lands.
