ok for those of you trying to find out where in the world this guy http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=6169 is in skyshrine that you turn everything into... he is on the other side of the maze.. once threw the maze you just go threw the door on your right and he is in that room to your left. also the maps at eq atlas were kinda retarded so we used the www.eqmaps.com maps and they were better so check it out.

Tattered silk armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. You get the tattered silk in the ToV Testing Halls, try looking around on this site... clearly listed under the Velious Armour section.

There's alot of places but the only spot that comes to mind, at the moment, is Kael (giant city). The giants there are around 53, so don't go thinking you can solo them or anything. ^__-

This is about as good a post as "Hey, you can get your epic weapons by giving some stuff to seom guy." How about WHERE DO I GET the componants for the quest? and what level should I be to get them? How about some stats on the reward?

The fact that we know where to 'start' the quest is why this is posted with no information. The reason no one has finished the quest yet is because Yelinak faction is fiercely difficult to gain and you can't do these quests without it.
