I believe everyone know this info but
make sure you place 1 gem per slot when you
hand them to the quest NPC or you will need to rush to get 2 more gems.

Qynydd Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Qynydd Fe`Dhar' Qynydd Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings to you. I seek one who calls himself a druid. What do you call yourself, manling?' You say, 'I am a druid' Qynydd Fe`Dhar says 'Good. I had hoped you were one. As nature's guardian, you fight the never-ending struggle against those who seek to defile it. It is an admirable quality and I wish to aid you. I will provide you with a cap, a tunic, sleeves, bracers, gloves, leggings and boots.' You say, 'What gloves?' Qynydd Fe`Dhar says 'The gloves shall help protect you from the elements and harm. In order for me to complete them, I require a pair of unadorned leather gloves and three crushed lava rubies.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned leather armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. You do not need Yelinak faction to do the quest. Ally to CoV is the faction needed.

the unadorned leather drops in the halls of testing (HoT) which is the east wing of ToV (Temple of Veeshan) in western wastes. you can't be kos to dragons to go there (at least not easily)

Anyone know where to find the unadorned leather gloves? And what the stats for the gloves are when you do the quest? Just curious thanks :)

I got a pair in Temple of Veeshan. They have no stats as they are, you must do the quest. Also I have been told you have to raise Yelinak faction to do this quest. Still working on mine at this time.

Um, no. Cov faction needs to be ally, not Yelinak. Yelinak (if im not mistaken) is a dragon that inhabits the bottom of skyshrine (or maybe its ToV?).
