You can obtain this task from Za`Aknila Tikus in Darklight Caverns. You can find Za`Aknila Tikus at /waypoint 1312, -257, 62. He is on the find tool as well CTRL F.

Za`Aknila Tikus raises his weapon and observes you warily.

Za`Aknila Tikus says, 'You are not Onokiwan and Tikus does not [trust] you. The things that live on the Outside are dangerous. Mu loa shwima Tikus za'wo midennar mu una.'
