The task starts with Tully Alford in Blightfire Moors. You can find him in the trading outpost in the center of the zone at /waypoint -132, 610, 18. He is on the find tool CTRL F. 3. Task Steps: 3-1. Collect Accursed Shinbones for Tully 0/7 (Blightfire Moors) ==>Ground spawn in NW dark tower area, can be pre-collected before getting 3rd quest. 3-2. Deliver the Accursed Shinbones to Tully 0/7 (Blightfire Moors) 3-3. Kill some of the diseased rats 0/7 (Blightfire Moors) ==> Immediately after turn-in, Tully Alford will keep summoning around 20 diseased rats (around level 42), they con indifferently, but will assist each other. So, stay away from those rats and each time pull 1 or 2 out of them to kill, or you got 20+ rats aggroed at same time. 3-4. Follow the diseased rats 0/1 (Blightfire Moors) ==>Follow the rat group to the south, around 100 yards, where rats will stop. 3-5. Defeat Gremmis the Festering Carbuncle 0/1 (Blightfire Moors) ==>He spawns when you stand at where rats stop, level 45, do not use AE dmg or you got multi rats adds, pull him away to kill is the best way. 3-6. Put an end to Tully Alford 0/1 (Blightfire Moors) ==>Tully Alford(level 49) will come to attack you, single fight without adds, just kill him to get reward. 4. Rewards Gruesome Gumdrop Familiar 5.
