Uhhhhh... It says Tarnished, but thats Plate armor. I talked to a monk on my serve who has these, and they said it was Ancient leather. Which is it? I just got a pair of Ancient Leather boots, and I'm not going to waste the 3 crushed black marbles if its lame and you need plate armor for a monk??
