He can be found at the ruins in the northeast corner of the zone. He is on the Find tool (Ctrl+F). You say, 'Hail, Frank' Frank says, 'Oh, well met. Are you here to [assist] Mayong Mistmoore's forces?' You say, 'I am here to assist.' Frank says, 'It's good to meet you then. I am Frankford Fletch, but you can call me Frank. I am afraid I'm not much of a fighter, even in undeath, but my organizational skills are well regarded. As such, I'm here to help gather support for Mr. Mistmoore and do [supporty] things, like bringing back his ferally hungry [personnel].' You say, 'Supporty?' Frank says, 'In most cases, it would be working on a tax audit for one of the aristocracy. I do love myself a pile of paperwork and numbers.' You say, 'Would you like help bringing back the personnel?' Frank says, 'If it's not too much to ask, we would appreciate the [help]. All you would need to do is bring some fresh blood - by way of our wineskins - around to those affected and let them get their fill. If they are not too far gone, they should recover their senses and make their way back towards Dreadspire. If they are beyond saving, however, do mind your neck.' You say, 'I can help.' You have been assigned the task 'You're Not Yourself When You're Hungry'. Frank says, 'Thank you. Please let me know when you're ready for the [wineskin] of blood. Also, if you misplace it, let me know and I'll be happy to replace it.' Quest Text: Frank Fletch is helping coordinate the response for getting the feral vampires the help they need to recover. Take the fresh blood wineskin around to various hot spots, and offer its contens to some of the vampires present to see if they can recover their senses enough to make it back to the safety of the inner-demiplane.Say "I need a wineskin of blood" to get the wineskin from Frank. Frank says, 'Here you go, pre-packaged for ease of access.' You receive a Wineskin of Blood. This updates around /waypoint +568, +683. Right-click the wineskin on a vampire. If it succeeds (which it does not always), they stop attacking: After a hungry swig of the wineskin, the vampire's dilated pupils constrict as sanity is regained. Giving thanks, they start off towards the portal. This updates in the ruins at /waypoint +526, +163. This updates in the cave at /waypoint +482, -653, -72. While not everyone could be saved from the madness, you've done a great service to the vampires. You can pull the vampires into your camp and start fighting them. THEN cast the wine skin, you will either have them run off (bring your pet back if it's killing them) if it works or you can keep killing them. Each person should try their wineskin on the vampire, it's possible to get multiple updates that way.
