In my zeal to complete the Hunter Achievement in this zone I have observed that the Treants will occasionally de-spawn. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to this, as some of them will hang around for a very long time and others of them disappear after only a few minutes. Also based on the irregularity of their appearance, one could assume they are PH along with all the other mobs that roam the western half of the zone. Additionally I have seen them spawn in so many different locations that I would be hard pressed to record all the LOCs. And while I believe they are drawing from the same spawn tables as all the other roamers, they appear to be far less common than the Griffons, Bears, Wolves, Panthers, Anacondas and Willow-wisps. As they are often not up at all, and I have never seen more than three or four in the zone at the same time.

What I find odd about the Treants in Jaggedpine is that they con dubious to my Druid and my husband's Ranger but apprehensive to my Enchanter (with no illusions). The Treants in the Karana Plains are ally to the Druid and Ranger and indifferent to the Enchanter.

One would think that Treants should consider Druids and Rangers better than they would the Enchanter. At least the wolves and bears are amiable to the Druid and Ranger (threatening to the Enchanter though)...
