Kinool Goldsinger is an Enchanter Guildmaster. He is on Keepers of the Art faction (Felwithe Enchanter guild). Allied with King Tearis Thex and Faydarks Champions factions, opposed to The Dead.

When you hail him, he says "Could I ask a favor of you". You say yes, and he says, "Oh, um, never mind, I think I'll just do it myself." Whadda? Does he only say this to lower level characters or what?
