If you do a find to Innkeep Paggie, he is standing right next to her. You can see the building from the pool of water next to the arena the peasant women is standing.
from the peasant woman, turn South east and go in the door. he is standing there near the counter. heh

Once I killed some guards in freeport...
That was the biggest failed ever.
I tryed to start my epic quest (shm epic-spear of fate). I headed to OoT to talk with the lesser spirit, but he didnt talk to me. I con dubiosily to em. Do anyone know how i can raise the faction, can I let a enchanter charm em, i dont find eny mobs which i could kill to raise the faction, but I find a lot of mobs which i can kill to lower... thats it is.

does not lower truespirirt faction this d00d is for paladun epic which is the best epic in the game and is 70 damage 2 delay hehe so dont hail Tzagam in sol b hehehe or u lower your qeynos faction. btw i like making you loser paladins cry when i quad this guy guard alayle and the peaseant women SHADOWKNIGHTS ROCK hehehe
