He showed up today while me (60 enchanter) and a 60 necro were duo'ing the open room at the end of the hallway to the right of the fallen column room. He spawned on the ledge directly across from the hallway leading from the fallen column room. Killed him with little effort as is usual with the other centis around this area. Dropped only a Centi Warspear.
