Yes, they are common spawns at the second level from the very top of the 4C temple. Lifestealers sometimes spawn, bloodcallers always spawn. Every lizard is brown (thul) on that level 100% of the time.
Dropped a Flawless Tae Ew Hide for me tonight.
This mob dropped a Flesh Bound Tome for me at the pyramid in Cazic-Thule.
