I killed one of these today and got the Aged Bone Fetish too. Yet, he was white to me at level 35, so the level range from 38-39 listed here is wrong.

He also drops Mark of Rivers got it off him today.

This thing jumped me today, it's kos and was dark blue at 37. Has SICK magic resist, it resisted drones 5 times and root more times than i care to count. =P
