They have an encampment of sorts, at the temple on top of the butte in the northern part of the zone. I had the best luck finding these mobs at location -149, -500, which is just south of the butte. It seemed to come in waves. One moment they were wandering through the area so quickly that I barely had time to aggro them all so "Shiny Bob" could polish them all off. The next minute, I had to wander a bit to find some.
I would estimate the drop rate for condensed flame to be about one in ten. Although they can carry more than one chunk.

Does anyone have any further info on these mobs?
Are they casters? How hard and fast do they hit? Can they be snared or rooted? What is better against them, cold or fire based spells? What is the drop rate of the Condensed Flame?

hmmm, this should have been posted on the tro jeg captor, which is what i clicked on, not the bane

I've gotten the Fiery Ring of Cunning int4 mana10 sv fire10 all/all as the common drop and the Captor's Silken Cord as the uncommon drop, 1hs 6/23 ac5 str2 agil2 which looks like a whip but can also be worn on the waist slot.
