Where exactly is this person? Unfortunately, loc #'s are something I have never been able to process. OR where is the 'talking scrolls' place? maybe that the better of the questions. /grins sheepishly

per Mark Blotter, I am apprehensive to him bought spells with no issues. I am a eury and have cha of 103.
just so you know i'm a barb bst and i've done some faction work in SH, most merchants are warn or better ( i did a bunch of the lil quest befor i found the traider's quest> but this guy is still dub to me and wont sell, so unless you've done major faction work i would sugest not trying to talk to this guy, just my 2cp, take it for what it's worth to yas.......

I agree as a vah shir bst he will not sell to me either and he is quite a ways into the city its easier to just go to bazaar and get.
He's in the caster area, the shop called 'talking scrolls' which is at loc 1188, -297.
He won't sell to trolls who haven't done any faction quests.
Try Halois Gueinds in the bazaar building between the two banks - he carries similar stock and will happily sell to you.
