Fear kiting is the way to go. The tro jegs have a chance to proc a fire based 250dd on each swing... which if they have a stroke of luck, they can dish out some rather massive damage for being low 40s... Hehe
Pulling them near the ramp is really the best way to fear kite them, as there are no adds on the ramp, and even at the bottom of the ramp, the roamers down there are some distance away, so you can keep fear kiting them still at that point.

If your going to fear kite these things pull them back by the ramp that's used to get on this ridge. They will walk down the ramp until they are dead as long as you keep them feared.
Anywhere else (that I've tried) fear sends them towards other Tro Jeg, i.e. you'll get adds.

Tried soloing one with my 51 necro, didnt want to fear just drain and heal pet. Big mistake. Double for 117 which isnt too bad but my pet would have died too fast anyway. However, it sure seemed as if his hps were dropping faster than they should have. Well now I know why. When the pet died I didnt get FD off fast enough so I got to see the double 117's on myself plus a nice "Your skin ignites! You are hit for 225 points damage!" message. This was as he was hitting me, not me hitting him, so it was not a damage shield. Next time its fear kite only.
