I am being obvious to a lot of people with this answer, but do the traders of the haven quest to raise the faction with NPCs in shadow haven and you will be able to train. In some instances you may need to do it a few times to get the faction up high enough. This same answer works for most of the NPCs in shadowhaven.
There are also several other faction quests in shadowhaven. If you do some of them, you should not have any more faction problems in shadowhaven.

Has any one figured out how to train with him yet ? He gives a message when you hail him, but does not respond to me... when I try replying to him.

YUP just followed the advice with Sneak and I was able to train in Dual wield with him.

As a Vah Shir you have the ablity to sneak. Use it to train and buy spells/gear until you have time to work up your faction.

well HOW THE HELL DO U RAISE FACTION WITH HIM? My beastlord is an iksar and has nowhere to train except cabilis and thats a little far.

how ghetto is this. he's vah shir will not train vah shir beastlords. that is the whackest thing i have ever heard of on eq yet. i'm sure i speak for more than just myself when i say i like to quest with some local friends of mine, and not every one has luclin or can add luclin to their computer for numerous reasons. yet when i go to luclin via the transporters i have to go all the way to shar val to train. the paludal caverns pretty much stop you at low levels, unless you can get a very generous player that has invis to help you. it would be great if he could train us or put some trainers on norrath for us players that need to train.
