I just wanted to provide the info that these MoBs (or the one I encountered at any rate) cast 2 very nasty spells upon me;Ignite Bones (DD/Stun) and Asystole(DoT). This would make him a necromancer who apparently chooses not to summon his pet.
At any rate, as Ignite Bones hits for 497 dmg twice, and the DoT was there, my lvl 51 bard w/ 1300 hp died shortly after zoning in to ME.

I got the shaded tome tonite and all its says are some baking combines and that you should take the shaded armor and combine it with mind-worm hides,must have been great when Luclin was released but now its not worth a thing....

Just a note:
I am sitting in AR and conned a Transient Patroller and it was even con. So max lvl needs to be raised to at least 51.

14 minutes seems to be the repop time on these guys watch out for them when camping the Mind Burrowers.

I got a Shaded Tome (maybe Shadowed Tome) to drop off one of these guys and I cant locate it on any websites. Anyone have a clue to what it is for?

been killing these for a while, well last night he dropped a pretty descent 1hb, think it was called Xan Fiel'Dian...or close to that..stats are 15/28 +3 to all Stats/Saves usable by all that can use 1hb, not the best weapon, but i dont have a 1hb, so it works..its NO DROP also.

Transcient Patroller
As the name suggests they roam from the start of the initial hall back and forth through the corridors/halls. They were/are the PH (Place Holder) for "The Protector" (he recently has not been showing up in the zone).
Damage: Hits for up to 135 double attack.
Casts:
Scourge
Boil Blood
Debuff spell (I hate those you sometimes have to rebuff the group).
Fear2
Stun Spell
Basically if you keep these guys stun (I kick them since I'm above level 55 which interrupts their casting) you can pretty much melee them down.
NOTE: All of the black aliens in the zone will turn around and start walking away at around 10%health.

These also cast a root spell, paralyzing earth I believe. Duration seems to be completely random. I was rooted one time for almost 5 minutes then another time it lasted 5 seconds. Any suggestions on how to break root without nuking yourself?
I would like to add that some of these conned blue to my 49 rogue, so we could add the min level to be 48 also...
