Spell: Mark of Retribution dropped one of these today
Plague of insects just dropped for me on Test server, I think all the Underulks have a chance to drop from the same spells list.

These guys are definitely not 41 cap. They con DB to me at 60. They also drop spells. Just killed one that dropped plaque of Insects (lvl 54 shammy)

i found that if u attack one ul pull what ever is in agro range but if ya use taunt to pull nothin else will come

as of mon may 27 2002 on xegony. these drop spells now and are social aggro. after 4 hours of killing the large bug patch we had 6 spells drop

None of the Underbulk I have encountered so far have been social or aggro.
