Make sure you have Magic Resist above 200 Fire Resist above 200 and Coldresist above 200. These mobs can cast AE spells. (and they do this a lott) so with poor resists you have a very very tough time there.

When pulling these mobs it is VERY important to get them all the way up off the stairs and to push them into one of the corners. If they are pushed back into the pit, you can easily get adds or get people stuck down there. Also never open the door behind u when engaged and dont drag corpses near it either.
