The walrus are part of the zones storyline. They spawn on one of the ice flats near ToFS. There are 4 gnolls running around there clubbing them to death. When Lodizal spawns he used to eat the walrus and the gnolls on his way up the hill. They nerf'd this now because people would kite Lodi thru the gnoll camps for free damage.
Anyway, Lodi's shell is quested into the Lodizal Shell Shield by the othmir in CS who hate the gnolls cuz they kill the furry little animals.

These walrus has something to do with Lodizal spawn, i still havn't figured out what after 70 hours research..

I've never actually seen one of these, but I've heard the Gnolls kill them quite a few times. Everytime I see one on track its usually gone seconds later I'm not sure if they spawn really close to the Gnolls out on the ice flats or what but that's where I've heard em get smoked alot. Someday I might take out all the gnolls on the flats and see what I can get but I just don't want to take the time right now =).

Hmmmmm....according to the Bestiary page before this one, unless I'm mistaken, the turtle's a Lvl 60 Mob...you be the judge...but I'd like to watch, if ya try...

I was just wondering , a lvl 1-5 in a 25-35 zone ? what's with that ?

I was in the water last week and I saw that giant turtle swim up and eat 2 of these guys. It was hilarious. When the turthe came toward me I raced for shore. When I passed these gnolls that were all facing towards me. I kept running, when I looked back I saw the turtle eating the gnolls. I was laughing so hard I nearly urinated all over the place - POP!!! Thats my story.
