Visionaries of fire, as kewl as we are, went with our necro Crokychips (quack) to get his epic - had 19 people, SLIGHT overkill :P We then headed over to sky, and as far as i know, Croky got his Duck of the shadowed soul ;)

Ok kids what are the 3 mobs that spawn after giveing him the symbol of testing? I've been trying to figure out what they are, so that way I know how many people to bring with me and what lvl are these mobs...

You find him at 340, -1600. Hail him, then say 'I wish to study the dark arts'. He sends you to kill sir edwin motte. He hangs out in east FP and the bar on the docks. I single pulled and killed him easliy at 42. He conned blue. Now give the head to Kazen and he gives you symbol of the apprentice. Then says 'I wish to advance within your apprentice ranks'. He tells you to speak the name of any symbol he may have given you. Say 'Symbol of the Apprentice' He then sends you to speak with the dark elf(forgot her name) in nektolus again. Thats where Im at so far, will post once i get more done

I am a DE Necro and he conned Dubiously to me also. This isnt a problem <evil grin>. Just go up to him and hail him. He looks at you says says something (cant remember what) ANYWAY.... just say " I wish to study the dark arts" and that will start the quest. Then he says "you must prove yourself as evil as I am" or something along those lines ANYWAY..... just say "How can I prove myself?" and then he will tell you to find Sir Edwin Motte and kill him and bring his head back. Now thats as far as I've gotten and I dont know where Motte is.....but I will <rubbing hands together evilly> Bwahahah Hope this helps you out ;)

You give him the head and he does his stuff to it. He then says you can do other tasks to further in his apprentice ranks. He gives you symbol of the apprentice. Edwin motte hangs out in the bar on the docks in east freeport. Im a 42 necro and single pulled and killed him easily.

Well he isnt with the blood saber like I thought. Im a dark elf and I killed about 10 Kiolandi fish and many npc for this faction, im amiable to the guild but he is still dubious even after killing motte. Waiting and looking to see if the faction can be raised
