As of this date he didn't death touch. Was pretty trivial fight, actually.
Dreadful Memory is now just a mediocre nuke:
a withered memory hit Ashe for 1175 points of magic damage by Dreadful Memory.

a withered memory hit you for 1128 points of magic damage by Dreadful Memory.
A dreadful memory washes over you.

Two strategies i've found to work very well:
1 - use Divine Auras (bard/cleric) to "tank" him until he kills himself. The AE hits himself as well.
2 - Spread out into the 5 corners and one person at a time take aggro until he kills himself. PB AE range is 125 range.
