It appears these guys are a PH for Sapphire Hammer. After Sapphire Hammer is killed, a Breeze Armor spawns in his place. Circumstantial? Maybe. Just an observation. Killed 16 Breeze Armor and 2 Sapphire Hammers.
There can be three up at a time, but two seems more common.
Respawn time is 10 minutes.
They run at low health. Snare em if you can.
Captured Breeze drops seem rare. After 16 kills, I've gotten zero Captured Breeze. Last weekend I killed four and got four drops. Take from that what you will.
He also drops a Miniature Toy Dirigible pretty frequently.
